Toni Vandivort oversees and implements several areas of the compliance programs of GuideStone Capital Management, LLC, and GuideStone Funds, including the development of sub-adviser questionnaires relating to section 15(c) of the 1940 Act, the identification and maintenance of the list of affiliated persons of GuideStone Capital Management, GuideStone Funds, its sub-advisers and principal underwriter, and GuideStone Capital Management’s recordkeeping requirements. Ms. Vandivort assists in the production of quarterly Board materials, review of compliance policies and procedures and GuideStone Capital Management’s filings with the SEC, as well as monitoring compliance by several of GuideStone Funds’ sub-advisers and its transfer agent.
Ms. Vandivort joined GuideStone in 1987 and served for three years as a Customer Relations Specialist. Upon returning to GuideStone in 1999, she worked on special projects across multiple departments before transitioning to GuideStone Capital Management Compliance in 2001. Ms. Vandivort holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Baylor University and is an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional®.
