Chaketa Jackson implements several areas of the compliance programs of GuideStone Capital Management, LLC, and GuideStone Funds, including 1940 Act portfolio compliance, proxy voting and GuideStone Funds’ recordkeeping requirements. She assists in the production of quarterly Board materials, review of compliance policies and procedures and GuideStone Funds’ financial filings with the SEC, as well as monitoring compliance by several of GuideStone Funds’ sub-advisers and its administration and accounting agent.
Ms. Jackson joined GuideStone in 2020. Prior to assuming her responsibilities at GuideStone, Ms. Jackson served for 12 years as a Senior Asset Management Analyst with American Beacon Advisors. Prior to American Beacon, she worked in various positions at American Airlines. Ms. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Ms. Jackson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the state of Texas.
